After a little break to work on DT stuff, I'm back to these move layouts. Day 4 was not good–it was the day we were stuck in Chicago traffic…hence the skull and crossbones and Mr Yuck images (made the brushes myself with assistance from internet images). I was so cranky that I didn't take many pictures (I tookd 3 that day), so I supplemented them with scans and then the FABULOUS drawing I did that represents me. It's a pretty good likeness, I think. :) Journaling reads: Day Four was not a happy day. It began innocently enough. It began with Wisconsin and I spent the morning obsessed with my new scrapbook magazines (and the page where my name was printed). Then we hit Chicago. There was traffic beyond my wildest nightmares. We used our new atlas to devise a route to skirt around the city, but we got lost. Even our bypass could not save us from the traffic. It took us 5 hours just to get out of the Chicago area. I cried, I pouted, I vowed never to watch Oprah again until she moved to a new city. In short, I discovered my new nemesis: Chicago. Thanks for looking!
