The coin ceremony is the first of the "big" ceremonies that happen during graduation weekend. The journaling reads "Trainees from Flight 637 of the 320th Training Squadron are presented with their Airman's coin marking the transition from trainee to Airman." You are not supposed to take pictures of the coin tray but my dh couldn't resist.
