A great way to congratulate someone with their new baby is to send them some cute little baby socks. If you do it the way I did with this card, which is binding it together with some ribbon, it will actually jump open, like a little explosion of joy! :-)
Also, try a different paper (instead of the eternal baby blue & pink ;-) ), like Sweet Threads by Basic Grey.
