Ah yes, the wedding reception food!!! German is a cook at a diner, so he did the entrees and I cooked the sides...well, except for the pizza, which we ordered because we thought we wouldn't have enough food (haha!!)...Salmon and Shrimp Sauce, Chicken Francaise, roasted potatoes, Puerto Rican rice, green beans almondine, tossed salad, broccoli salad, wings, cheese & crackers, relish plate, ...we feasted! I am so hungry thinking about it now!!! We piled up all the dirty pots, pans and dishes in the downstairs bathroom tub and shut the shower curtain so no one would see the mess (Brilliant move, i might add!), it took us two days to clean all the dishes!!!
