In April, as the weather was starting to get nice, I decided we needed a family beach weekend. So I booked us a room for the first weekend in May. Not only did I accidently book us to be OUT of town during the Scrapbook Expo, but it rained the ENTIRE time. Haha. Oh well. At least we got away from the house (laundry and dishes) and DH and I had a lot of good conversation. We even got to pop by and visit DH's aunt...it had been quite some time and she had never met DD.

I thought I was going to get to relax, a tan, and some breat pictures... next time. Because this time I only got two pictures; this one and one more. I had to print this in black and white because if you saw how grey it was you'd see how sad this picture is. And for those of you who know FL beaches...can you tell it was storming? Luckily we live in FL, so its not like it was our one shot. As a matter of fact we have been several times since.

I'll even be greatful, because if the weather was better I would not have been able to get DD to stand still long enough for this shot....and I really do like it.
