BANANA PUDDING Delicious & simple.
1 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract
3-4 sliced bananas
12 oz. container of cool whip,(divided.) In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk till creamy. Than beat in 2 pudding mix, cold milk & vanilla until smooth. Make sure you beat well until mixture starts to thicken. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping. Line the bottom & sides of a 9 x 13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Press into top of filling another layer of sliced bananas just so banana slice top shows. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill overnight, covered.
