Last summer, my eldest son became a big surfing fan. He loves going out and catching the waves. This photo was taken with a Go-Pro and shows him riding the tide. I have used mostly Prima Seashore collection on this page. I wanted to achieve the feel of the waves so I first peeled back the layer of paper and pasted through a Prima mask. I then added cheesecloth and covered the small flourish chipboard with a fine coarse texture paste, again to give the feel of splashing waves. I then began to build up the page with Prima tags and stamps. I added little beach charms and a starfish from my own stash. I also found a tiny surfboard which was bright purple so I gessoed and inked it blue to blend in with the page. I am just in time to enter this into the Prima Build-a-Page December challenge. Thanks for looking. Marie xx
