Your family photos are always a treat to see. You did great with the tearing. The lace accents along the tears is just perfect. This is a work of art. It all just combines to make a beautiful background for those great pictures.
Well didn't you just ace paper tearing? Love it. The pp colors are so lovely with those wonderful photos- I especially love the photo of your parents together - they look so happy together. I also like how you tucked the lace behind one layer - nice touch.
Me with my big brother and parents ca. 1950. Done for the Inspiration challenge. The unique layout chosen for me is called Here Comes the Sun by Gwemniey. It inspired me to look up layouts using the torn paper technique..which is something I don't usually like to do, tearing pp..so afraid of messing up..I ended up getting inspiration from that layout and from other scrappers who also use that technique ie Maja Nowak Washi tape (up top) from Wildorchidcrafts. The word Sweet is a stamp by Gabrielle Pollacco. Lace from WalMart and teeny tiny flowers from Hobby Lobby.
