Hi all today 25th April is the celebration and rememberance for 100 years of ANZAC
ANZAC, Australia and New Zealand, 2 countries separated by sea but united as one forever through the courage of the men and women who fought side by side in the 1915 great war.
My youngest son Kurt was in the AIF but was medically discharged, and the photo is of him during combat training. The ww1 digger is the face of the woolworths RSL soldier.
The poppies I added to the page usually used for rememberance day were the first to flower in the battlefields after the end of the war.
Papers from my stash, and the chippies are Dusty Attic. Am a little disappointed as the page buckled after I added the glimmermist....all take care....xo
