The trend of a neutral palette with a bit of a bold color was the inspiration for this month's challenge. I used cream, pale grey and deep brown of the kit as my base colors, and recolored masks with the teal green as my pop of bright color.
I had been having a lot of "scrap-block" and tried to get started using the Template in my stash. I can't say how much of the original template is even left! I used the Fotoblendz layer for the photo and used a few of the masks with papers and color overlays. I erased the edges of the fotoblendz layer with some floral brushes to soften that up. To give the multimedia flutterby its teal center, I duplicated the butterfly, and used the quick selection tool to select the center. Then I used a color overlay to tint it the right color.
