I found a similar idea on Pinterest and did my own twist on it. I wanted to create a fun and sweet birthday card for my sister who is literally, the sweetest person on earth!

The two adhesives I used most were foam mounting squares to layer and pop up the cupcake and frame and glossy accents to adhere the Prima pebbles. I also used Prima Modeling paste to attach the flowers.
