Used distress ink to add a little yellow color to the background. Then, I stamped and embossed a line of "xo's" across in white. The little blue arrows Sizzix, and I added some polka dot washi tape as well. Used a paintbrush to add some splatters of blue ink to the background. I mounted the front to some fun foam, and adhered it on top of patterned paper to give it some dimension.
