Watercolor- I used inspiration from Penny Black for this design. I first masked off the white area of the cardstock with painters tape and post-it notes. I tore the paper to make the landscape look more like fallen snow. I then used watercolors to pain the sky. I knew I wanted something bright and pink because my friend receiving this loves pink. I then used a dark purple and brown to stamp the florals- these are actually wheat stalks that I only inked the top of. When I removed the tap to reveal the white, it was too crisp- so I went in and blended with a soft gray and blue to give the illusion of snow. I think splattered white and purple ink, lightly. The stamp, "hello" is from Lawn Fawn and I used iredescent sequens.
