I stamped "TIME TO Celebrate". I used a simple dot hand punch for the confetti. I used all scraps on this one. HINT: A cruel...or ah...I mean a cool idea...keep a few dots loose inside the card ;o) I added the envelope I made. Thanks muchly for your visit and your comments, votes and messages :o)Ro
