I made this card for a friend. I started with watercolor paper and paint, just playing. Heat embossed bonding powder, while still hot brushed on mica powder. Used a frame and music note stamp. Added foil to base using a glue stick smoothing foil over top and ripping off. I love the distressed effect of this technique. Used Crystal stickles around the frame.
