This card was part of a set made for a charity fund raiser. I started just playing with watercolor paper and watercolor confections (by the way I love these new watercolor confections). After dried I added a new Prima rub-on with foil, stamped happy birthday. On the card base I painted the bottom half with Finnabair's Opal Magic in rose gold, and added dimensional paint as a boarder. So simple and fun.
