I used multi layers of paper on a white card base including some glitter cardstock then I embossed white and red together. I rounded all the corners. The oval was cut out with my Cricut machine then on that I stamped and powder emboss 'Happy Valentines Day'. I added a double bow and a glitter foam heart. I made the envelope.
