I made this card for a birthday card for my mom.
I also entered the card into the Cardmaking Card Challenge group.
Things I used to make the card were. scrapbook paper for the red and cream stripes, for the cupcake I used a sticker, for the tag I used yellow cardstock, for the background I used light blue cardstock, and for the fancy punch I used the Martha Stewart I believe lace punch.
