This sweet fella is a new stamp and die set from Mama Elephant and the rainbow die is too. The clouds are an older border die from quickutz. The images were stamped with momento ink and colored in with copic markers. The Background was done with a Next Level embossing folder form We R Memory keepers. I used distress inks in blueprint and tumbled glass on the clouds. I also added sparkle with my wink of stella pen.
