This one is a congrats for a baby girl - I made it for a special friend of mine - and of course made 4 of them while I was at it! This one was done with the Graphic 45 Baby to Bride paper. I used a Spellbinders die for the tag to stamp the sentiment and distressed it with Tea Die Distress ink and raised it with foam dots. I also cut an oval out of the paper with another "baby", distressed & raised it at the bottom. Added some flags and a butterfly that I layered, inked and used Glossy Accents on (I made a lot of these so now I have a stash, so they'll be popping up here and there!) and used a border punch for the lace across the top, distressed with ink and raised it on dots also. Then added a rose/leaf flourish with some bling. . . and a tiny pink heart that I made the same way I made the butterfly (and now I have a huge stash of them also).
