I used some roll out sticker/tape for the floral border under a sheet of vellum. "HAPPY EASTER" and the bees are 3D stickers. The little flowers in the corners are self adhesive but the sticky layer on the backs seemed loose on some of them so I also used a bit of Glossy Accents to make sure they stay put.
