I've had this page done for a while now, just wanted to wait to post it until I'd completed the other pages I wanted to for this month. This was for the very fun March Mood Board Challenge over on Reneabouquets Facebook page. If you haven't seen Renea's work, I'm sure you've at least seen the stunning butterflies she makes, these three on my page being a set of them! I love her work and I adore her butterflies and was so inspired by the mood board and this amazing Prima line that I was one of the first to finish my entry! LOL (Anyone who knows me knows I'm a last minute kinda girl…)

Anyway, this is my baby girl at about 3 months in one of my favorite outfits, a bright yellow onesie with a white butterfly on the front. My mom got this for her as she knows how much I love butterflies.

As I was working on this page, I thought of this quote that I love “Never settle for anything less than butterflies.” You may have heard it on Sex and the City, but I've heard it long before then. In the TV show it meant don't settle for anyone who doesn't give you the feeling of butterflies in your tummy. Well that's cute and possibly true (tho I've found those butterflies can and are wrong every now and then), but I've always thought of other meanings for this quote. I think butterflies symbolize happiness, hope, optimism, Spring, change and promises. I'm an eternal optimist, a hopeless romantic and I thought this was a perfect title for this photo of my very happy baby girl. It's my hope for her, that she never settles for anything less than the best of life!

I got uber messy with the bg and had a lot of fun mixing colors to match the papers. This page came together in about an hour if you believe that. Minus drying time of course, and I was very impatient for the flowers to dry so I could finish the page! LOL I was so inspired by this page and these papers that I started another one of my son, though that'll have to wait until next month (sigh). I'm entering this in the Girls Only Challenge as well as my Hoarders challenge. Obviously the Tales of You & Me Primas are new, but several other items on here have been hiding in my stash for years; like the bicycle, a couple of the flowers and the stick pin.

TFL!
