Spring is my favorite time of year and these tags are an expression of my love for the season. Since the Spring rains have begun, I decided to use the "Garden Fable" collection to create hand-cut umbrellas. Once the rains have fallen, then come the gorgeous Spring flowers. I adorned the bottom of each tag with a myriad of Prima flowers and flower centers.
