After messing up a watercolor panel, I decided to cut it down smaller and added a few elements to try to salvage it! Hero Arts card base, Heidi Swapp layer of floral paper, shimmery layer of Bazzill. Die cuts from Cottage Cuts, Memory Box, Technique Tuesday and Impression Obsession.
