These are some pics of my kids playing with some of the neighborhood kids. I used a sketch as inspiration for the design and that sketch can be found here: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/217932069446736321/

I did this for the NSD rainbow challenge. I used a rainbow of cs and divided the strips on the right side with bicycle washi tape, because there a bikes in the pics and because bikes are a major part of neighborhood kids playing. I punched circles out of a rainbow of colors of pp. The pics were matted with black cs. The cs strips on the left were the scraps from cutting the left side strips. The sketch showed bird embellies, but I chose to make my circle from bird pp. I stitched a border of colorful threads around the circle. I used the green square alphas for "neighborhood", then really liked how it ended up looking like a street sign! (I'd like to say I planned that, but...)
