Journaling:
April 17th, 2016: Ariel had gone to see one of her favorite bands, One OK Rock, in concert. When she came home that night, there was a cat on the porch. She spent some time out there petting it, feeding it and talking to it. Now it’s her cat. It stays on or around the porch most of the time. Ariel named her Taka after the lead singer of One OK Rock. Taka must have sensed what we already know - that Ariel is the animal whisperer. After all, that is how we got 4 out of 5 of our inside cats!
