My sister, after she went back to school and completed her high school education. She married young in 1952 (at 16) and went back to school in 1969/70 to complete her education. I was so proud of my big sissy. We both received our HS diplomas in June 1970. Her adult classes didn't have a grad ceremony, so we made sure she got all the recognition she deserved. She donned my cap and gown, and we made her a tassel of her school colors of red and white. This is the only photo I have of her on that special day...June 18, 1970.
