I love crafting because I get to be creative and have fun while I preserve precious memories and express my love to family and friends in the form of cards and handcrafted gifts from the heart. I'm always learning new techniques and making new friends along the way ... a wonderful journey that everyone should take and savour, I know I am :)
This layout layout celebrates my niece's ultra curly hair ... a rare sight, as she usually straightens it. I have cut apart some of the flourishes and layered them, then added dimension by pulling each one from the tip. Her top is purple and the background cardstock Kaisercraft Lavendar ... unfortunately the photo makes it look quite blue, this one has been a real challenge to capture what it really looks like.
