This is fantastic!! So inventive and colorful - you really came up with a unique idea using your Cameo to cut out the skyline. So different from your usual style, but I love it! (Nice touch adding the little airplane.)

Julie and Andy went to Japan to visit her bff.
The background: I imported this photo into silhouette software used the trace option and created a stencil of the lights (it took a lot of tweaking). I used mat modeling paste on the black paper, then colored the areas with distress markers, then layered on stickles. to get a sparkly night sky I used the distress perfect pearls mist and some sequin stars.
