Scraplifted from Laura Bassen at her Doublestick Heaven blog. (Big Balloon Ideas, June 14, 2015). I used a reverse mask that I cut with the Papertrey Ink Balloon shaker shapes die to sponge the balloons. I used a light and dark version of each color and then I sponged a blue/green ombre section of a scrap piece of cardstock and die cut the word "Happy". The die I used for that was by Elizabeth Crafts Designs - Happy Birthday Large and the black part of the sentiment was from Mama Elephant's Three Amigos stamp set. Also used the Papertrey Ink Balloon Strings die and the darker part of the red balloon was Papertrey - Autumn Rose dye ink.
