We had hoped to enjoy Galveston--our first and last time to visit; instead, we got pictures of rain and water. I especially like the picture I double matted--to me, it almost looks like an old-timey postcard; but it's the effect of the rain on the windshield.

I stenciled the raindrops with soft gloss gel and a combo of blueberry, squid ink, and white gelatos. For the background, I inked with the Donna Salazar, then used the same three gelatos, but diluted them with water and spread with a brush for a more watercolor look. Added a layer of gesso to soften it.

Used Colorbox white frost ink to lighten the word sticker strip so it didn't dominate.
