For the June swap. Stamped the image on the top ATC, then I used water color pencils in red and blue, I stamped a 2nd image of Liberty that I colored with markers and cut it out to add on with pop dots. added some bling, a US stamp, washi tape and a paper clip with ribbon,,,,Bottom card I used Markers to make the red and Blue lines, I stamped the image and on a second paper I stamped the Liberty, colored with markers and cut her out, added a Star bling, a US stamp and bling on the side. I couldn't decide which one I liked better.
