So I saw a photo that had balloons in the forefront of the photo and the beach in the background. The nurse liked the photo and wanted something similar for one of her employees birthdays and this is how my version was born. I used the beach background and the wood post digital stamps from Diane's Daydreams Designs (no longer in business) and made this scene. I punched balloons from my Martha Stewart Balloon punch and tied them on with black string. I printed the background scene a couple times so I could pop up the sand and clouds to give it dimension.
