The font is Lightfoot, available for free everywhere by just googling "lightfoot font." The type with the flowers is one piece of word art from Vol. 1 - The Papers.
The background is a mixture of 2 papers from The Papers kit, layered over each other with a few color blends set to "overlay" on top to vignette the layout.
