OK, so I bake a lot...A 90th Birthday celebration! Recipe: CHOCOLATE CAVITY MAKER CAKE with Peanut Butter Pie filling (used as filling & frosting) 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix, 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding, 2 c. sour cream, 3 eggs, 1/3 c. oil, 1/2 c. milk. Bake 350o. Grease & dust with baking cocoa, 10 inch Bunt pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil & milk. Beat until well blended. Stir in mini chips. Batter is thick. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 55 min. or till cake springs back when lightly tapped. Cool 10 min. in pan, then turn out & cool completely on wire rack. Note: can't test with toothpick too much chocolate chips in batter. Frosting: Beat 8 oz cream cheese, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 Tbsp. Milk & 1/2 c. powder sugar. Fold in 8 oz. Whip topping. Split in 3 layers, frost layers, stack & frost all over. Refrigerate overnight.
