Beautiful and unique design! Love the fringe and I'm a huge polka dot fan! On the corners, are those paper or leather? They look leather to me.

Keep Looking Through the Scrap Papers!

This polka dot was purchased about 7 years ago when I first started. I kept this scrap background because I would say one day I may be able to use it.

Not only that I did not know that polka dots would be as popular today 2016 in clothes and scrapbooking cardstock. I love polka dots in my clothes as well - especially the small dots!

I used my Martha Stewart Fringe Scissor cutters for my gold fringes. Again I bought my Martha Stewart scissors years ago - and now I am back using them again.
