Card 66 ~ Thinking of You

Sometimes we all need to know someone is thinking of us as we are going through one of life's challenges. That's why I created this card.

I used this fabulous stamp and die set by Art-C. It comes with the mason jar stamp, and die and also the stamps and die label. I'm on a mason far kick....I can't sleep at night and think of what shall I put into my mason jar die!!!!! Huh???? Yes.....flowers!!!! Oh my, what about fall cards....and Christmas.....Chanuka.......Kwanza.....winter......stop the insanity!!!!!!! :)

Well, besides cutting the mason jar stamp from paper, I also cut the die from heavy acrylic (?) packaging" stuff", so it gives a bit of a look of glass. And then I cut an additional "lid" out of silver mirror board and then just drew some creases in the 'metal'.

I really enjoyed making this card....of course I did, it has a mason jar!!!!! I know, I'm silly. But at my age, I can get away with EVERYTHING!!!!!!
