Wow, so cute! That little worm is adorable. As for the question you asked about the Cricut pieces, I would definitely call them 'die cuts' and I sometimes get lazy and say 'cut outs'.
That is cute as can be! Love that matching envelope too! Yes, they are die cuts since the Cricut is a die cutting machine. I have had mine in my Craft Palace since I moved in there to craft since last year and have yet to use it!! I know, I know,....I need to get busy on that. I have some new cartridges for it also that I have yet to use! Isn't that awful?! I have been enjoying my Big Shot so much, although I don't have that many dies for it yet. I do have several embossing folders now and have used most of them. Thank you for the love on my Little Molly layout, by the way! I appreciate your feedback.
Adorastic card! I would say if you used your Cricut then it isn't a "die" cut, cause die cuts to me are using those thinlits and a Big Kick or another die cutting machine. I may be wrong.
Adorable card. I like the diecuts that can be made from a Cricut because they are so versatile. The cuts you used here look picture-perfect especially with the pink flowers. The worm is so cute and I love, love the banner too.
I cut this all out with my Cricut machine. Would you call these pieces die cuts? I inked the layer under the banner to show through the "Hello" and also the stick. And I also inked the worms little nose and I used a large google eye on him. I used 3D foam under the worm and his banner. I made the matching envelope as well. Im adding this to the August HOARDERS Challenge because I used a Cricut cartridge I dont believe Ive used before and Ive had it for a few years. And the paper I used for the worm has been around forever. Thanks so much for your friendship here on sb.com. You make this a fun place to play...and learn! :o)Ro
