Hi friends! Sharing just a simple card I put together yesterday for a friend in Arkansas whose birthday is coming up. I got a set of cute House Mouse stamps from Hobby Lobby and decided to use this one. My husband said it looks like a child's card, and that may be true, but I thought it was cute! :-) Used my watercolor pencils on the image and some background paper I've had for probably 9 or 10 years! My best friend gave it to me way back when! I thought the colors matched the stamped image pretty well. Matted the image and punched the outer edges of the card body. That's all there is to it. I used some of that background paper on the inside as well for contrast. The verse inside says "Have a very mice birthday"! :-) Although I indicated individual packages of the watercolor pencils, the ones I used came in an entire set of just pencils.
