As all children do, DD first learned to write words by tracing over them. Wait, I have to tell you more back story, first. Many years ago, I painted the top of our coffee table with chalkboard paint. It was great for leaving notes to my husband and fun for friends to draw on at parties. Since then its become a wonderful thing for the niece, nephew, and DD to play with.
