Made this card using the filled baggie technique I lifted from Lawn Fawn. Used my fuse to create the water pouch, which i layered on top of a simple watercolor background. Fussy cut a stamped image I copic colored from Stamper's Anonymous Tim Holtz collection. Added some burlap to give it a oceany feel and to create some texture on the card.
