Bill bought me a Cavern Club t-shirt while we were in the club and he also bought one for Joe too. We rarely buy souvenirs like this but we knew Joe would really enjoy a Cavern Club t-shirt. Bill is in the photo to the left - you can see his back - he was paying for our t-shirts.

The Cavern Club is on a street that is more of a wide alley than a street – across from the Cavern Club is the Cavern Pub where food is served (food is not served at the Cavern Club). It is the “Sister Club” and is owned by the same people that own the Cavern Club. With our t-shirts in hand, we walked across from the Cavern Club to the Cavern Pub for a late lunch.

I'm glad Bill and I split a fish and chips because this was the biggest fish I've ever been served on a fish and chips platter. It was really doubtful that Bill and I could finish the entire fillet and eat all the chips too! Tammy was amazed at the portion size of her lunch too!
