This card was made using CTMH's new Thin Cuts Heart dies. I used the negative for the base and put in a cut of another color after I embossed it with the CTMH heart embossing folder. The sentiment is from CTMH C1605 Happy to be Friends. I then stamped the balloon on the envelope using CTMH C1660 Happy for You stamp set. Then I stamped the inside sentiment from a retired CTMH set B1491 Birthday Funnies.
