This is a LO I did for the Paper Issues free cut file challenge for September. It is an arrow cut file which I used to make a stencil with the silhouette deep cut blade on my cameo. I prefer thicker stencils so it came in very handy. I used Crate Papers Cool Kid collection added some depth with tissue paper and straws and just had loads of fun with this one.
