This card was inspired by the September Inspirational Card Challenge. We were asked to lift a card by a specific card maker. This month's choice was Scrap-Time (here at Sb.com) I chose the card entitled: Music Birthday and can be found at this link:

I stamped the background with three inks and then spritzed it with water for a less perfect look. I also applied Stickles to the flower centers of the stamped image. The large stamp is by Magenta. The sentiment is by Saavy Stamps.
