This is the first of many layouts of trips and adventures we had in Oregon this summer. This bridge is the only covered span in the state of Oregon on the eastern side of the Cascades. It is also the only privately owned bridge in the state. Alas, in doing my research, I found out it is not technically a covered bridge. It is not supported by a truss but concrete pilings. The bridge is 42 feet long and has a deck of width of 12 feet. Oh...that is our new car going through it!

First layout in a while. It felt gooooood! I downloaded the covered bridge and used colored pencils to mimic the real bridge. Seeing on the screen, I added two black strips above and below the title. It looks better.
