One of the most prominent feature of Bend is Pilot Butte. You can see it any where you are in town.The butte was a guide for early wagon trail immigrants to show them the sake crossing of the Deschutes River. DH drove me up instead of hiking it. It was 97 degrees!!! Thanks so much for looking. I'm honored by your visit.
