I love when we find out of the way places that we didn't know about or expect. That is the fun of traveling. The church is gorgeous and so "new Englandish." I haven't seen a swan boat in years. How fun. The die cut is perfect on this.
After leaving Cheers, we walked across the street to the Boston Common. We visited this beautiful park and lake in 1970 and I was amazed that my memories of this park came to life today, after so many years. We really enjoyed walking around the park today watching the pretty boats in the lake.
Dinner was an order of lasagna which we split at Upper Crust Pizza and then we decided it was time to settle in for the night. On the way to our hotel we stumbled across an old church made of smooth rocks which were huge. Bill pulled into the parking lot and he photographed it from every angle!
Once in our hotel room we tried to check Facebook and our email but we were barely even able to keep our eyes open. It was time for bed.
