Journaling hidden behind the photo tells the story:
One October morning, I "carved" a face into an orange bell pepper, filled it with chicken salad, and packed it for Josiah's school lunch. His friend he eats lunch with said "You know your mom is crazy, right?" Josiah's answer? "Yes, but in a good way!" I wish I could have seen his face when he found it! October 13, 2016
