This image was a joy to color. I used a combination of color pencils and some mineral spirits to color her. I used foam tape to pop the oval slightly. The stars are also raised with foam dots. I used glossy accents on the star banner that she is holding to give it a little more interest. I think the rest of the card is self explanatory.
